At Healthy Habits Coach, l help individuals make positive lifestyle changes to improve their mental well being. I combine principles of Lifestyle Medicine, which focus on the role lifestyle factors in preventing and managing chronic diseases with coaching techniques to support behaviour change. This  approach addresses the root causes of health issues rather than just treating the symptoms.  Therefore as your lifestyle medicine mental health coach l will support you to achieve your goals, be 

 it to manage stress,  improve your sleep or in building and maintaining positive relationships.
